For organizational reasons the event has changed locations, will be held in the Grand Hotel Guinigi, not far from the historic city walls and no longer at the Royal College of Lucca, will still be a shuttle leaving from the Railway Station of Lucca and arrive at Grand Hotel Guinigi, home of the championship sudoku. On the way the shuttle will make a trip every 30 minutes between 8.30 and 10.30, with last departure at 10.30. For the return, the service will be available on request from the end of the knockout stages. 

the 5th Italian Sudoku Championship takes place in four tests conducted by three international authors such as Thomas Snyder, Cihan Altay and Tetsuya Nishio, besides the classic 9x9 which will be given a session with lots of glass. Participants will compete in various tests, including end with: 3D, Classic Serial, Sudo-Kurve, Classic, Gemini ... different, Skyscrapers, Sudoku skeletal Arrows for, Ambigram, Combined, Fractal, handled, Sudoku to pieces --Sudoku arrows. 



This apparently simple Sudoku puzzle requires logic and strategy, because despite the numbers, the math does not matter, nor does it have to make transactions of any kind, because the solution is the result of application of logic and lateral thinking, in fact the numbers could bereplaced by letters or symbols, but with numbers works best. 

Sudoku invented in Japan is based on a numeric array called "Latin square", conceived by the Swiss mathematician Leonhard Euler in the eighteenth century. 

Since 2005, his fame has exploded, making the puzzle in today's best known and played in the world.
